Booking conditions for the new apartments (from July 1st, 2025)*

We work with fixed stay periods, depending on the season:

Summer season:
  • Minimum stay of 7 nights, with arrival and departure on Saturday.  

Holiday periods outside the summer (e.g. Christmas, spring break, May holidays):
  • Stay of 7 nights, with arrival and departure on Friday.  

All other periods:  
  • Weekend stay: Friday to Monday (3 nights)  
  • Midweek stay: Monday to Friday (4 nights)  
  • Week stay: arrival on Monday or Friday  

Exceptions apply to the 4-person apartments on the 2nd floor:  

Summer season:
  • minimum stay of 5 nights, arrival on any day  

Other periods:
  • minimum stay of 4 nights, arrival on any day  

The apartments are non-smoking.

Cancellation policy for apartments:

Cancellation by the guest  
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding any administrative fees  
  • Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the amount paid  
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund  
  • No-show or early departure: no refund

Changes by the guest  
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: one-time change of stay dates is possible, subject to availability and any price differences. Administrative fees may apply  
  • Within 14 days before arrival: changes are treated as a cancellation and a new booking. The cancellation policy applies  
  • If the change results in a higher total amount (e.g. due to a more expensive season), the difference must be paid

Cancellation by the host  
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund. If available, we can offer an alternative stay under the same conditions

Recommendation  
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover unexpected circumstances such as illness or emergencies.
