Dogs are not allowed everywhere, but in the Luxury Apartments (4 persons) on the ground floor, we are happy to welcome your four-legged friend!

At the moment, we do not yet offer packages, but in the future we will definitely have some great deals available. Keep an eye on our instagram page and subscribe to our newsletter ;)

At the moment, we do not offer bike rental.  
Would you still like to cycle during your stay? There are several rental companies nearby where you can easily rent a bike, such as via https://fietsenoptexel.nl/en/

Apartments

At the moment, we offer three different types of apartments:

  • Luxury Apartment (4 guests): a 2-room apartment of 40 m², suitable for up to 4 guests + 1 baby
  • Wellness Apartment (6 guests): a 3-room apartment of 85 m² with a sauna, suitable for up to 6 guests + 1 baby
  • Wellness Apartment (4 guests): a 2-room apartment of 80 m² with a sauna, suitable for up to 4 guests + 1 baby

The apartments on the ground floor are suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as they are step-free and easily accessible.
The apartments on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs and are therefore less suitable.

The apartments each have their own terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy the Texel fresh air in peace. The exact facilities vary per apartment. Please check the descriptions on our website or contact us for more information.








Adding an extra bed to the room is not possible due to the size of the rooms and for your own safety. However, we do offer a baby cot and are happy to discuss options to accommodate your family.

Absolutely, you can indicate this when making your booking.

Yes, every apartment is equipped with a hairdryer.

Yes, each apartment has a television.

For directions to Koogerend, the easiest way is to navigate using Google Maps to our address.

Absolutely, we have a spacious parking area right next to our apartment complex.

At Koogerend, we don’t have a reception.
You can check in easily and independently 24/7, whenever it suits you.

Yes, there is a charging option for electric cars.

For up-to-date departure times, we recommend checking the website of Teso, the ferry service between Den Helder and Texel. Good to know: you can take the ferry whenever it suits you — there's no need to reserve a date or time.

Other

No, there is no longer a restaurant at Boutique Apartments Koogerend. On the Explore page, we’re happy to share our favourite restaurants on Texel, so you’ll always find a lovely spot to enjoy a delicious meal.

No, there is no washing machine or dryer in the apartments or the building. Texel does not have a public laundromat, but there is a washing facility at the harbor: Waddenhaven Texel.
